This gives you a quantifiable assessment of where you are, plus tools that build on your strengths to use in your work and life, and weekly challenges for self-directed learning.

You can use this either as a virtual coaching tool or supplement its use with one-to-one sessions with a qualified coach and resilient leaders consultant.
